Be Wise Academy's Terms of Use

Course Content & Access 

1. The Training Provider shall provide online access  to course materials to Participants after verification of enrollment and for ten (12) months after the start date of the course. 

2. The Training Provider reserves the right to change course content and Terms and Condition of Use in their sole discretion and without warning  to you. Continued Access or use of the Training by the Participants will be deemed your acceptance of any and all terms of use. 

3. Enrollment in the Training is valid for one participant only and cannot be exchanged or shared with anyone else. Participant login information is not to be shared with anyone else. 

4. All course materials, both paper and electronic, are the property of the Training Provider and may not be distributed, reproduced, shared or  modified without the prior consent of the Training Provider. Intellectual property rights in the course materials are reserved by the Training  Provider and applicable third parties. 

5. The Training Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure the uninterrupted Access to the online course materials, but Access to online materials  and training is provided by third-party service providers and therefore uninterrupted Access cannot be guaranteed by the Training Provider. 

Limitation of Liability 

6. The Training Provider is not liable for any damages or losses that the Employer or the Participant may suffer as a result of their use or Access of  the Training, including but not limited to losses as a result of injury, illness, death, computer failure, loss of data, loss of productivity, downloaded  viruses or malware or any other occurrence that may arise from or be in any way attributed to Accessing the Training. 

7. Information provided in our programs is general by nature and should not to be considered advice. Each individual organization has different needs and will need to apply information gained in these programs at their own discretion. 

General 

17. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the courts in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada shall have exclusive  jurisdiction.
